Regardless, HUAWEI pushing 10 million units of what is mostly a very high-end series of smartphones is a considerable achievement. Only theHUAWEI Mate 20 Lite— launched at the end of August 2018 — doesn’t feature a premium price tag, with a suggested retail cost of 380 pounds (~$497).

TheHUAWEI Mate 20 Prois likely the biggest seller of the group since it features almost all of the top-of-the-line specs one could want in a 2018 flagship along with a collection of cool colors to choose from. TheHUAWEI Mate 20 Xwas also likely very popular, with its huge display and focus on gaming.

The vanillaHUAWEI Mate 20appeals to those who want some degree of flagship performance while still keeping the price relatively reasonable. On the flipside of that, thatHUAWEI Porsche Design Mate 20 RSpushes the very limits of how much a smartphone can cost, with its maximum pricing topping out at 2,095 euros (~$2,356). It’s not likely HUAWEI sold too many of that variant.

The most important thing to keep in mind when it comes to HUAWEI and itssales numbersis that it isn’t selling any smartphones in one of the world’s biggest markets: the United States. If HUAWEI could sell phones in the U.S., it’s very likely it would be shipping much more than 10 million units of the HUAWEI Mate 20 series.
