Samsung Good Lock 2022: Here’s what’s new with the customization suite

Samsung’sGood Locksuite of software modules is a must-have if you want far more customization than your Galaxy phone can offer out-of-the-box. This suite allows you to customize everything from your lock screen and clock face to your multi-window functionality and home screens.
The company is rolling out Good Lock 2022 and has detailed a changelog for the updated suite on itsKorean-language forum(h/t:9to5Google), confirming a number of tweaks and additions.
For starters, the Wonderland live wallpaper module has now received the ability to display wallpapers with a parallax effect. That is, the wallpaper will move as you move your device. You can also use videos for this type of wallpaper effect. Check out an example posted by the company below.
Samsung has also updated the Multistar multi-window module, now allowing Galaxy Z Flip 3 owners to run any apps on the small outer display. The manufacturer does note that it has a list of recommended apps that work well on the external screen, but it’s still letting you run unsupported apps on the tiny panel anyway.
Other notable additions include more gesture actions for the One Hand Operation Plus module, Sound Assistant gaining voice mask functionality and the ability to create your own volume panel in Dex mode, and the ability to immediately delete a screenshot after sharing it in Nice Shot.
