July 13, 2025
Update, July 03, 2025 (5:06AM ET):Samsung has quietly pushed out the Android 10/One UI 2.0 beta to some Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus devices in the US.
According toSamMobile(via theXDA forum) andusersonreddit, the beta is now available for unlocked Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus phones. The update apparently measures in at 1.8GB to 2GB.

Original article, July 22, 2025 (8:04AM ET):The Samsung One UI 2.0 beta for theGalaxy S10series has already launched in several countries, giving users a taste ofAndroid 10. Fortunately, it seems like owners of theGalaxy Note 10series don’t have to wait too long either.
Anofficial poston Samsung’s Korean-language community forum (viaXDA-Developers) confirmed that the One UI 2.0 beta is “coming soon” to the late 2019 flagships. Check out the announcement image below:

The post specifically mentions looming beta access for the 5G models, with no word on 4G devices in the image or post. ButSamMobilepreviously reported that the beta initiative for 4G devices in Germany may have been delayed until October 24.
Samsung later confirmed that the One UI 2.0 beta for the Galaxy Note 10 series will come the US and Germany as well. Acommunity postconfirmed the beta program for the former region.
Unlike the South Korean beta, the US rollout seems to be restricted to the regular Note 10 and Note 10 Plus models, with no mention of the 5G variants. Only unlocked phones are compatible too, so if you bought your phone from a carrier you might be fresh out of luck.
If it’s anything like the Samsung One UI 2.0 beta for the Galaxy S10 series, then we can expect an improved dark mode, Google’s navigation gestures, and a focus mode on theGalaxy Note 10devices.
