July 05, 2025

Samsungteaseda clamshell foldable phone design at its developer conference several months ago, showing aMotorola Razr-style approach to the foldable phone.

Now, it seems like real-world images of this device may have leaked online. The leak comes via aWeibo user(h/t:Ice Universe), and shows a clamshell foldable phone with a tall screen.

The images also show a center-mounted punch-hole cutout on the screen, a dual rear camera setup, and a tiny display on the outside (showing the time). Other noteworthy details include the various Samsung app icons, a Microsoft folder, and aUSB-Cport and speaker grille at the bottom. There doesn’t seem to be aheadphone porton this device, unfortunately.

We also see an Active Edge Panel here, which was first introduced on Samsung phones with a curved screen. But theGalaxy S10eand other flat-screen Samsung phones also offer this feature, so it wouldn’t be out of place for a Samsung phone.
