Two of Samsung’s hottest phones in the US now eligible for One UI 4 beta

Update, August 07, 2025, at 3:33 PM ET:Previously, One UI 4 beta for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 was only available for users in India and South Korea, but now it looks like the beta program has opened up to the United States (h/tSamMobile).
If you own one of Samsung’s recent foldables, open theSamsung Members appon your phone and check for a banner that advertises the beta update. If you don’t see the banner on the home screen, navigate to the Benefits tab and check for the beta update there.
Samsung limits the number of users in each beta group per region, so if your phone isn’t eligible for whatever reason, you may need to wait for the company to re-open beta enrollment.
Original article, August 05, 2025, at 10:25 AM ET:Samsung is quick to update its phones to the latest major OS and security updates, and the same is true for beta software. After rolling out the bigOne UI 4 beta updateto theGalaxy S21 series, Samsung has now added the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 to the list of eligible devices.
According to users on theXDAforumsandSamsung Community forums(h/tXDA Developers), Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 users in India and South Korea can enroll in the One UI 4 beta program. The beta program for the two foldables is only available in those two countries for right now, and users must have unlocked devices to complete the enrolling process.
If you’re eligible, you can enroll your device in the beta program by logging into theSamsung Members appand tapping on the One UI 4 beta enrollment button from the Notices page. Once enrolled, your beta update should arrive in just a few minutes. The Galaxy Z Flip 3’s update should arrive with build number F711BXXU2ZUJF, while the Z Fold 3’s update should arrive as F926BXXU1ZUJF.

If you own one of these phones and are debating whether or not to load up the beta, be aware that this is a beta update and will likely come with a number of bugs that could affect the performance of your smartphone.
