Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite hits Europe, more expensive than Mi 9T
July 05, 2025
Xiaomi has brought several great budget-friendly phones to Europe in recent months, such as theMi 9Tseries and theRedmi Note 7. It isn’t stopping there though, as the firm has just launched theXiaomi Mi 9 Litein Spain.
The Mi 9 Lite is priced at 319 euros (~$352), and that will net you the model with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. Need more internal space? Then you can expect to pay 349 euros (~$385) for the 6GB/128GB option.

Buy the phone and you’ll get a Snapdragon 710 processor, a 6.39-inch AMOLED screen (FHD+), in-display fingerprint sensor, and a 4,030mAh battery with 18W charging.
Xiaomi’s phone is also a capable photography platform in theory, offering a 32MP selfie shooter in a waterdrop notch and atriple rear cameratrio. The latter consists of a48MPSony sensor, 8MP ultra-wide snapper, and a 2MP depth sensor.

Other noteworthy specs include a3.5mm port, NFC, USB-C, an IR blaster, camera-based face unlock, and hybrid SIM slots.
The phone seems like a pretty capable device then, but European users might want to look at theXiaomi Mi 9Tfirst. This device starts at roughly 300 euros (~$331), but offers a more powerful chipset, a pop-up selfie camera, and a triple rear camera setup with telephoto zoom instead of a depth sensor. The Mi 9 Lite’s one major advantage is that it delivers a higher resolution selfie camera.
We haven’t seen more details regarding wider European availability, but you can check out the Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite on the Spanish Mi Store via the button below. Do note that sales kick off from September 20, so you’ll have to wait a few days to get your device.
